Had a pretty amazing/good day.
So, like, woke up sort of late. But it’s okay.
I picked up Alyssa around 2 PM at Russell today and we went to the mall after a long time from staying at my house. LOL. Ugh. So many things I saw and I was crushing for. A bag, socks, shoes. Omg. So maaany. I swear, I was about to die in a sea of wanted clothing/stuff. It’s okay. I have money saved up. I can’t believe I didn’t take the extra $25 my dad was giving me. -___- The shoes were so cute. Ugh. I can’t believe I didn’t see it on Thursday with Micaiah. Alright. Gonna try to go to the mall again. Tomorrow. or today. I don’t know.
Eh, i need to stop talking about clothes & all…all the time. And focus of school and changing my attitude towards everyone, including my family. So, during YFC, I was able to learn and look beyond the simple understandings of Lent. I learned that it’s also a way for us to renew…I think that’s the word. I also learned that Lent isn’t only about giving up luxuries, but it’s also about gaining something from the 40 days. I forgot the last one, from the discussion group tonight. Uhm, but it’s in my head somewhere. I just pray that I will be able to go through what I promised myself during this Lenten season, and have God by my side throughout all of this, and throughout my life. Worship was so great. There was a little foul smell, coming from outside….probably geese poop, but it’s okay. I guess. LOL. Lost my voice a little. Hopefully, I didn’t lose enough for Mrs. Schumaker to get mad at me about on Monday. agh. Pretty good day tho. got to teach little cousins/sister a lesson when I got home.
